Alejando Otero, Venezuelan painter and sculptor. One of the most important kinetic artists in Venezuela along with Jesús Soto and Carlos Cruz-Diez.
The graphic is an adaptation of the artist's own sculpture called "Delta Solar", which represents the letter "A". The aesthetics of the animation has a very specific and peculiar treatment, typical of one of the computers contemporary to the making of the sculpture in 1977.
